Ready to become part of our network?
Are you ready to become a Service Provider for Monterey Bay Village members and use your professional skills to support those aging at home in our community? Please submit the below inquiry or complete the following Service Provider Application and mail to P.O. Box 1050, Carmel 93921. Once your application is submitted, we will follow up with a phone call explaining the next steps:
Ø Interview will take place.
Ø References will be called.
Ø Copies of relevent insurance, licenses and certifications.
After these steps, congratulations, you’re a screened Service Provider!
If you are a service provider interested in becoming part of our network, please download an application or click here to apply online. Priority is given to vendors recommended by Monterey Bay Village members.
When a member calls MBV with a service request, contact information is provided for several vendors who are qualified to perform the work. If requested, MBV can contact the provider directly to arrange the service. After completion of the work, follow up calls are made to the member to ensure that the services provided have been of the highest quality.
